If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions:
1. Please contact Powers Collectibles at (650) 888-7915 for your Return Authorization Number (RA).
2. Powers Collectibles must receive your return within 30 days from your order date. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.
3. In order to receive credit, we require that you:
Send merchandise in original carton and packaging.
Mark the shipping carton CLEARLY with the Return Authorization number.
Include the Certificate of Authenticity with the returned item.
NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE MISSING
We will refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
4. All custom display cases are NOT returnable due to its’ custom nature.
